With existing tools, contouring the prostate on CT can be a challenge. Also, localizing seeds is an approximate and often manual process.

The PinPoint QA system included with MIM Symphony provides a method for objective and accurate post-implant QA. MR or US can be fused with CT to provide better visualization of the prostate for enhanced target contouring. Fast, automatic, and extremely accurate seed localization, along with multi-modality fusion, ensure superior accuracy in dosimetry.
