Software Information

Starting in MIM 7.3.2, make sure your license server can connect to hq-server.mimsoftware.com (IP address 18.119.7.25) on port 443 for concurrent licensing.

What days and times are you available for an upgrade? 

Please fill out the time slots of your available times. The lead time for upgrading your system is approximately 5 business days. Upgrading can take upwards of 1.5 hours to complete. After hours upgrades must be scheduled on Mondays or Thursdays between 5-8 p.m. EST.
